Culinary Incubator Program
Eight-Week Business Workshop

The creation of this culinary workshop is to become an economic engine for the community, providing burgeoning culinary entrepreneurs with guidance, support and the kitchen to help grow their businesses.
Our workshops offer guidance for new and upcoming entrepreneurs who are interested in creating their own culinary business. We provide all resources, guidelines and support required for starting and running a successful business whether it be a restaurant, bakery, food truck, or any
other type of food based company
The Incubator Program is 8-weeks and held on Wednesday at The E. Pat Larkins Community Center.
To Enroll in this program you must be:
- City of Pompano Beach Resident
- Register w/ City Of Pompano Beach
- Starting or have a culinary business in the City of Pompano Beach
- Be at least 16 yrs or older

The City of Pompano Beach has hit a home run with the Culinary Incubator Program, because every night of our eight week course had a pretty full house and it was a great pleasure to network with other like-minded entrepreneurs in the food industry. Every session had memorable speakers. I think the thing I liked most was the great joy / enthusiasm / warmth coming from the entire Cameron family and their many friends, added to the fact that the material is a bull’s-eye for me and the rest of us because we need to learn this material cold! No book or online course could take it’s place because it is tailored for the Pompano Beach culinary entrepreneur.

This is by far, one of the BEST classes for Business I have ever taken in my life.
I am totally impressed by the content, the guest speakers: Fire Inspector, City Inspector, Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR), etc Every single one of them REGULATE and INSPECT your business and I don't mean just your Food/Restaurant Establishment, but ANY type of Business in the City of Pompano, and even at State level (DBPR)
It has a clear objective: to get you legally working in the City of Pompano Beach.
This is truly a MUST class to take for anyone who wants to open ANY business in Florida
